We deliver all parcels within Germany and Austria free of charge, quickly and reliably with our partner DHL GoGreen.

Returns: 
You can return items from your order within 30 days for free. Processing the return and refunding the payment may take up to 14 days, but we usually handle it faster. 

Delivery Times: 

• Germany: 3-5 business days after the contract is confirmed 

• Other countries: 5-7 business days 
  (Please note: There are no deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.)
