Processing Time
Once we receive your return, we’ll process it as quickly as possible. Refunds may take up to 14 days, but we usually handle them faster. Please note that all items must be returned with their original tags and packaging. We cannot accept items that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged.

Refund Process
Once we accept your return, you will receive a confirmation email.

Purchase on Invoice: Your payment will be reduced by the refunded amount.

Already Paid: The amount will be refunded to the account used for the original payment (bank account, credit card, or PayPal). If this isn’t possible, for example due to an expired credit card, we will contact you for alternative account details.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day:

On which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods, provided you have ordered one or more goods in a single order and they are delivered together;

On which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last good, provided you ordered several goods in a single order and they are delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (AstorMueller AG, Chamerstrasse 50, P.O. Box 346, 6331 Hünenberg, Switzerland, Telephone: +49 6331 5145-7777, Email:  service@salamander.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not required.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs (or additional costs arising from you choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract to:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

We will bear the cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

EXCEPTIONS TO OR TERMINATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

For the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is significant or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;

For the supply of goods that may spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;

For the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of the conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered at the earliest 30 days after the conclusion of the contract, and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the entrepreneur has no control;

For the supply of newspapers, magazines, or periodicals, with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires early for contracts:

For the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery;

For the supply of goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature;

For the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal was removed after delivery.
